What teaching means?
Teaching may be described as per educational pedagogy and we have liberty there in many ways. Teaching is a combination of arts and science with the personal touch of teacher.
In current era teachers are connected to curriculum and examination system but in early age teaching was directly connected to life. Nowadays teachers are suppose to be a master to open the lock of success instead of satisfaction.
Parents and kids own their agenda with future. map and they demands help from teachers to achieve it. Teachers don't have much liberty in class rooms because students are so smart towards their goals and also fully prepared with help of internet.
As a teacher, we are supposed to focus upon the curriculum and to follow the year long teaching programs. In this manner we will work like a live computer and slowly we will behave like a machine and it will be dangerous to human generation.
In my humble opinion teaching means full transfer of subject knowledge from teacher to student with empowerment of life values indirectly.
